Therapy for Adults, Teens,and Families
What to Expect

Therapy isn’t meant to last forever—it’s a space to return to yourself, to gather the insight, healing, and tools you need to walk your own path with steadiness and grace. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more at home in yourself and more resourced to meet life as it unfolds. Some seasons of therapy are brief and focused; others unfold slowly over time. Whether you’re seeking short-term support or a deeper, ongoing relationship, I’ll meet you where you are and walk beside you for as long as our work feels meaningful.

Each session ranges from 50-110 minutes and can be held either in person or virtually, depending on what feels most supportive for you. Sessions are spacious and collaborative—we move at your pace, guided by curiosity, compassion, and what feels most alive in the moment.
A session might include talking through current challenges or patterns you’d like to shift, exploring how experiences live in your body, or practicing mindfulness and regulation skills to help you feel more grounded and connected. Depending on your needs, we might weave in approaches such as Brainspotting, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, or somatic awareness to support deeper integration and nervous system healing.
My style is warm, intuitive, and attuned. Some days our work may feel deep and tender, and other days more practical or skills-based. There’s room for all of it—for laughter, tears, silence, and discovery. My intention is to create a space where you can come exactly as you are and begin to find your own rhythm of healing.

Insurance
I don’t work directly with insurance at this time. I know this can be an important factor in choosing a therapist, and I want to share a bit about why. Stepping outside the insurance system allows our work to stay private, flexible, and truly centered on you—not on a diagnosis or a treatment plan required by an outside company. It gives us the space to move at your natural pace and to follow what feels most alive and relevant in your healing process.
I understand that therapy is an investment of both time and resources. If cost is a concern, please reach out—I’m happy to talk through options or connect you with other resources. My goal is for you to find the care and support that feels right for you.
